Cape Kannon Observation Deck

Located at the edge of precipitous cliff, the surrounding area is the largest breeding ground of black-tailed gulls on the island. At sunset, the flock of black-tailed gulls flying home to their nest nearly blankets the entire sky, with the sheer number and noise sure to amaze even the most seasoned bird watcher.
